PHase 1

Pre-Construction

Laying the Foundation

Step One – Call Us
Reach out to RIGGS Construction Group to schedule a meeting with one of our experienced Project Managers. We’ll visit your property, listen to your vision, and take the photos and measurements needed to create an accurate estimate.

Step Two – Receive Estimate
Within one week, your Project Manager will provide you with a detailed estimate, walking you through the scope of work and answering any questions you have.

Step Three – Sign Documents
If you’re ready to move forward, you’ll review and sign a clear Work Authorization and Payment Schedule. Costs are transparent and only change with a signed change order—no surprises.

PHase 2 Construction

Building with Integrity

Step One – Materials Selection
We’ll provide a list of materials along with your budget allowances. Upon receipt of your deposit you’ll select the finishes that fit your style and needs, and construction will begin within two weeks.

Step Two – Regular Updates
Your dedicated Project Manager will monitor progress, ensure quality craftsmanship, and keep you updated so you always know where your project stands.

Step Three – Walkthrough & Punch List
Before we call the project complete, we’ll walk through every detail with you to create a final punch list, ensuring everything meets your expectations.

Post-Construction

Standing Behind Our Work

Step One – Professional Post-Construction Cleaning
We’ll leave your space better than we found it, with a professional cleaning service making your new or renovated area move-in ready.

Step Two – Certificate of Completion
You’ll sign off on a Certificate of Completion, confirming the project is officially finished.

Step Three – Lasting Satisfaction
Because RIGGS Construction Group stands by our work, you’ll also complete a Certificate of Satisfaction, giving you peace of mind and us valuable feedback.
